Return to Work Essentials is a cloud-based solution from Square 9 Softworks that facilitates the reopening process for organizations ensuring they take the right measures to maintain a healthy and safe workplace.
Every business that is looking to reopen its office with an operational plan that follows government guidelines, prioritizes the health of employees, and needs to protect against unwarranted claims.
There is a five-step process for safe admittance to your office:
Step 1: Employees or visitors are greeted by a QR code in a digital or printed display.
Step 2: Upon scanning the QR code with their mobile device, a form will open to collect personal information such as name and company.
Step 3: Each employee or visitor will answer a few required health-related questions such as instances of quarantine.
